Fernando G. Valentine, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Valentine, is from the Pisinemo District has been a member of the Community Development Financial Institution’s Board of Director’s since 2004 before he was selected to serve as the CEO. Fernando’s dedication to the CDFI TON and his extensive experience with economic and community development has helped the CDFI TON to become fully operational. Fernando feels "that as a beginning CDFI, CDFI TON has coming along way since its inception. He sees the advancement of CDFI TON as not only serving O’odham individuals but extending to surrounding tribes as well."

Phillip L. Miguel, Executive/Finance Director
Mr. Miguel is a member of the Sells District and has served on various Boards for the Nation. He is an adjunct faculty member at Tohono O’odham Community College teaching in the areas of Tohono O’odham Language, History & Culture. He recently received his Master of Arts degree in Linguistics from Prescott College and expects to be working towards his Ph.D. Working with the CDFI TON Phillip believes "that economic development and opportunities have become more visible through the creation of CDFI TON. He encourages the CDFI TON’s financial Skills training (which incorporates the O’odham culture, traditions, and values) for all O’odham to increase their awareness of financial stability. "

Amy J. Siquieros, Administrative Services Manager
Ms. Siquieros is a member of the Chukut Kuk District. She brings with her many years of serving top management in various areas of office procedures. She has received an Associate of Arts degree from Chaparral College in the field of paralegal studies. New to the field of economic development Amy is awed by "The opportunity for individuals and communities to prosper without losing their sense of culture, traditions, and identity." She is proud to be a part of the emerging Native CDFI community.

Victoria Pancho, Secretary
Ms. Pancho is a member of the Sells District. She graduated from Baboquivari Jr./Sr. High School and upon completion attended the Tohono O’odham Career Center to study the field of Management Information Systems. Victoria took the skills she learned from MIS to the various departments she worked for. Victoria says “Upon joining the CDFI TON in March 2008 I was provided the opportunity to attend Tohono O’odham Community College and take an Introduction to Business course. I am excited for the direction that the CDFI TON is going and what has been accomplished by and for the CDFI TON.”
